Happy Birthday Baby Boy

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!! Xavier will be the big 0-1. I can't believe how fast the year went. I have ben blessed to have the most wonderful son ever! As much as I miss him as a little baby I am excited to see who he becomes. :)

Ch-ch-changes

Ok ok I did it again. I got all wrapped up in Xavier and forgot to post on his blog. Our little one has been changing everyday. In the last month he has mastered crawling and walks along the furniture and walls...ALL the time. He is starting to talk more but still enjoys saying Da-da and often greets chad after work with "Hi Dadt". He loves his animals and music. He is still our funny guy often tickling his momma and making funny faces.

Xavier can has changed so much. He now claps his hands and shakes his head no. He also said his first words this month. He says Hi, don't and Daddy! My little man might not crawl but he can push himself arround the house. What a little angel!!

Back at last

January was a busy month with my sick little boy. Many things have changed for Xavier but not his weight, looks like he has finally stabalized! Xavier cut his first two teeth on December 27th. He only has his two front bottom teeth but it doesn't stop him from eating everything in his path. My little man is a motor mouth who loves to jump and yell. He now walks with your hands and can stand while holding sturdy things he began rolling in the last couple weeks but stopped after I tried to capture it on video. He is a sneaky little man...lol!

A Month of Change

First off I'd like to appologize for how long its been since my last post. Since the last post Xavier has had his first Halloween, seen his first snowfall, and slept through his first santa parade. He has been growing and changing quickly. He sat on his own for the first time on October 15th and today he barely ever falls over. He has only rolled over once about a month ago and now can stand up while holding someone's hands. Xavier began eating food two weeks ago today and loves it he also loves to laugh and play with his puppy Rokee.

Xavier's New Teether

Xavier has been in the early stages of teething for a while now. He has been drooling and chewing his finger for a month and a half but recently it has gotten worse. He can often be seen with 4-6 fingers in his mouth. Any stuffy that comes near his face goes in the mouth too. The other night he found something new to chew on and I'm not sure how I feel about it. You decide!

First Laugh

Today Xavier had his first REAL laugh. It was so cute and sounded like pure joy. I never knew such a small sound could melt my heart so much. I love you my sweet boy! Next time I will get the camera ready to capture it so everyone can share in the giggles. :-)

3 Months

Well its official Xavier is 3 months old and a big boy. He spent the night before his 3rd month birthday in his big crib in his own bed. I think I had a harder time with it than he did. Tonight will be his 3rd night in his room and I think I'm getting better with him being away. Dad of course has no porblems with it at all...lol. Xavier continues to grow and change...he is grabbing things now and of course uses his new found vocal ability to "yell" at me when I'm not doing what he wants. Over all its been a great couple of weeks with him.

Sleepin' the Night Away

Lastnight Xavier slept the whole night in his own bed. Up to this point he has been waking between 2am and 4am each night to sleep with mom. Lastnight he went to bed at midnight and did not wake until 7am. What a great gift for mom and dad from our wonderful little guy, not even 3 months old yet and so thoughtfull.

Busy Week

This week Xavier had his first shots and boy was he mad at mommy, screamed and screamed but no tears. Chad's daughter Tobie was here for a visit and kept us all very busy. She loved being a big sister and our little man sure loved her. Aside from feeding and cuddling him she made him smile and giggle all the time. We took advantage of Tobie being with us and had some family pictures taken. On Sunday when we took Tobie home Xavier got to meet his Grandpa Joel Pardoski in Mafeking. He has also started sleeping better...almost through the night what a great boy he is.

Meeting more family

My awesome Uncle Rene and his lovely partner jodi brought the kids from Edmonton for a visit on Xaviers 2nd month birthday. As you can see from the pictures he loved his cousins. I see great Freindships in the future with lots of trouble to get into.

Darn Hiccups

One afternoon as I tried to capture some of his many faces Xavier got the hiccups. Apparently he did not want the camera in his face and was not affraid to let me know, lol.
